Hi All,
I am using BO XI 3.1
I am scheduling the report to Business Objects Inbox and getting this error
"DLL disabled. CrystalEnterprise.managed "
I already enabled the destination server and yet get the same message.
Searched the forum but cant find the solution.
Thanks In Advance.

Hi Joe,
Adaptive Job server, Destination Job server, Program Job server all are enabled and the destination is added(BO Inbox) for the users whom I am scheduling the reports.
Any other areas I need to tweak in??
Thanks in Advance

Can you use “Send” to send a report to an inbox without scheduling?

Ok, so your Destination Job Server is ok, as is your access to the target inboxes. Check the destination tab of the Adaptive Job Server(s). It should look similar to the attached screenshot.

Alright, so that’s the obvious stuff out of the way. (I’m assuming that you only have one Adaptive Job Server, or the settings are the same for all).
I can’t think of anything else that would cause the error, so this is what I would do to debug:
Create a new Job Server and try using it instead. If it works, just drop the original one.
If the new Job Server behaves the same way, enable tracing and check the logs. You might find something more informative there.
If all else fails, submit it to SAP as a bug.

Ok. Will try creating a new server. BTW How to enable TRACE.
Can you explain in detail.
Thanks a ton.
