Hi All,
We are scheduling a Webi Report via BO XML to a specific shared folder on a specific server location. However , we are getting the below error in the log and the file has not been created in the destination directory.
"Scheduled document:
CSBOScheduler::getFinalJobStatus() : INFO: 2 min polling timeout has been reached.
CSBOScheduler::getFinalJobStatus() : The documents with ids [Id Number] are still in paused/pending/running state. "
and finally it is returning the error code to Control M Scheduler and hence our job is failing. Any help on the above mentioned error will be really helpful
