Error when i want to modify a webi report (Error WIS 30270)

… and when i only want to open it, i have got this message :

This document does not contain a report/ratio. (Error: INF)

Any idea ?

I am wondering if you ever got this resolved too, because we are getting it now on 6.5.1 on a Webi report.

I solved this issue by login in server, stop all services related with WebI (Tomcat, Apache and WebItenlligence), make sure all processes related with WebI weren’t running in task manager, and then starting again all WebI services.
In my case, problem was that some processes weren’t running and some other were running as 2 different tasks.
