Error since we applied the Audit license

our client uses BO XI r2 and wished to have the audit feature.
For that we obtained a license for them.
However they are experioenceing further problems and as we do not supply this feature as standard we are a little lost on how to solve the problem

When they are importing (I am presuming the templates for the audit reporting) they get an error referring to Crystal reports.
Error text
'Commiting the export object to the destination CMS failed. Reason You need a license to publish files of type “CrystalEnterprise Report” (typeId = 2).
Does this mean that to view the audit reports they have to have this license as well ??

The other issue is the scheduling of the audit reports, they have full access to the auditor scheduler options, however they get the error message
'There was an error while writing data back to the server: Cannot perform schedule operation on ObjectPackage Average NBumber of Users Logged In. The object Package is empty. Please add objects to the Object Package and try again.

I am guessing that this error relates to the first one (ie the import of the reports failed).
So is the upshot of this they have to have the crystal reports license to run the audit reports??

Have you tried not selecting the Crystal Reports auditing reports when importing the BIAR? There are two sets of reports, one Webi, one CR.

Thanks for that, I will check with them to see what they did as far as that goes.
Client is in Asia so won’t know until tomorrow.
