Hi,
I am getting the below after login into infoview XIR2. This error comes on adhoc basis it’s not consistent.
I have gone into CMC increased the Maximum Simultaneous Connections for Web Intelligence Report Server.
I would like to know how to resolve this error.

Sorry I forgot the error message.
An error occured: Connection failed. The server has reached the maximum number of simultaneous connections. (Error RWI 00239).
