Error opening Audit reports

Hey All!!

My client has configured auditing and followed necessary procedures correctly.

However, when attempting to open existing auditing reports from Launchpad, we are hit with the following error:

“The viewer could not process an event. There is no server available to process your request. Please try again later, or contact your system administrator if the problem persists. [RCIRAS0387]
---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]”

I have tried changing views, re-starting servers, etc. I dont think this has to do with the audit configuration but something else. Any other crystal report open’s fine.

Any help is appreciated!

Are you able to create reports with Webi?

Yes, I am able to create them in webi successfully. Does this tell us anything?

What BO version are you using?
This looks like a server issue btw.
