Error Message: The option Do Not Retrieve Data purges the qu

I have a very simple query built that works fine until I add one more object from a table/view that was previously used. When I add another object and then click on Run, I get the following error message:

The option Do Not Retrieve Data purges the query. Are you shure you want to purge the query?

I have no idea why I am getting this message. What is the “Do Not Retrieve Data” option and how do I turn this off? Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

In the query Panel, go to options and see if “Do not retrieve data” is checked, If YES then uncheck it and run the report.

First, welcome to B :mrgreen: b!

Do you refresh this report frequently? I find it very strange that this option is witched on in a production report. Can you verify with the original developer why this option might be switched on (there could be a valif reason for it)?
