Error Message, can't access Infoview

When trying to login to our CMC I get the following error:

HTTP Status 404 - /businessobjects/enterprise115/adminlaunch/launchpad.html


type Status report

message /businessobjects/enterprise115/adminlaunch/launchpad.html

description The requested resource (/businessobjects/enterprise115/adminlaunch/launchpad.html) is not available.


Apache Tomcat/6.0.18

I’ve tried stop/start the BO services, I’ve tried REBOOTING the server but nothing is working…! :hb:

ANY assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Are you able to get to http://servername:8080/businessobjects/enterprise115/admin

It looks like your Tomcat deployment hasn’t been successful. The launchpad is not critical, but you might want to remove the admin folder inside your tomcat directory and redeploy the war file.

I cannot reach this page either.

According to my knowledge, this is not a new install… the server has been up and running for a while…just today,…we started receiving this message.

So you’re saying that perhaps someone tried to install a newer version of TOMCAT… and it was not done correctly???
