Error in Xcelsius server busy

Hi All,

Here is the error i am facing since today morning when I open the dashbaord created a month ago… When ever I open this dashbaord with different version prompting this error… Can anybopdy suggest how to resolve this issue… Any inputs would be greatly appreciated…

I keep getting the same message also. I just keep click on ‘Retry’ until it goes away. If you have a lot of Live Office connections. It will not go away until it has processed all the Live Office connections.
