Error in SAP Desktop launch

Hi all,
I am facing problem in logging in infoview with the SAP logon. The credentials given are correct. For detail error screen pl see the attachment.
Also when I am trying to save a crystal report created on BW Query in the BW Server it is saved but is not published in BOE and gives error.
Is there any solution for it?

I am still hopefull for getting help regarding the integration of BO with SAP from the BOB gurus.

the error doesn’t actually suggest an SAP integration issue, rather it indicates that your licence may have expired. The may be the licence for BOE or the SAP Kit. Can you check those first?

Not sure about the Crystal one - I have seen it happen (even after an install and config by a BO engineer), so there must be some info on the BO knowledge base.
