Error in File Test.rpt: Failed to load database information

Hi All,
I have created areport in Crystal against Universe and published in the Server. But while accessing it through web I got the sollowing error

I have installed BO XI Server on Linux machine and BO XI client is on windows 2000 machine. I have added TNS Entry into the TnsNames.ora file. The universe is also published in the repository. Universe has been created by using Oracle Driver.

I also encountered this message “Error Message: Error in File C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\Data\procSched\uwtrdstsg01.reportjobserver~tmp17a04b099d600f0.rpt: Failed to load database information.” when I tried to run a .rpt report.

It was ok sometime ago. Nothing seems to have changed.

What could be the cause of this problem ?

First thing,
How you created report ? Have you logged into repository and created report? Are you able to run the report in Desktop? If your able to run and save the report in WEB by using credintials then fine and only thing you have to make sure ask your admin to save the database username/password credintials in the Business Objects enterprise server.

I did have the report say xx.rpt. I did upload the report by logging to the Business Objects server using a URL like http://uwtrdstsg01/businessobjects/enterprise115/admin/en/admin.cwr.

I upload the rpt file using home->folder->user folder->new object to upload the report.

I tried to run the report in the Business Objects after login to the URL and failed.
