Error in Connectivity between Designer XI R2 and Sybase IQ

Hi
I have an error when we try to connect Designer XI R2 and Sybase IQ Network Client 12.6.
I have installed Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise PC Client in my PC. Then I set up an ODBC Connection using Adaptive Server IQ Driver.

For more clarity I attach a word document with all explanations.

Working in offline mode without logging in to CMS should not be the cause of the error.

I am not sure but do you need to give the database name along with server name in the database tab of ODBC DSN.
Also check the XIr2 platforms file if the sybase client version is supported.

You may also need to put the database details in an ini file file in the Sybase directory on your client machine.
You may also wish to check that you have done the same on your server.
