I am getting the following error when I am trying to export Auditor Docs to the corporate repository group called “Audit Group” using a member user called “auditior” who has the proper access right:
com.bo.auditor.docExporter.DocExporterException: Can’t copy file to personal storage

Has anyone seent his before? We are on BO 6.5.1 on Windows envt.
I am not using FC to export them, just using the Document Exporter that comes with Auditor.
Also, one other thing that I know here is that this client does not have a license for FC! They only have WebI lic. Do you think that might be related? But I am told that they have been able to export FC docs as WebI reports in the past, so that does not appear to be the cause!!
if you want an advice, about auditor install, avoid using the doc exporter, it will be easier and faster to simply load in BO FC the audit reports and export them in the right group after having created the rights category. you can do the same thing with univers
But the problem here is that this client does not have a BO license for FC! They can only run WebI reports (even thru InfoView). In that case, there’s no way that I can open up FC and export the docs, unless I do that using a temp key or something.
I am not sure if I follow you when you say that I have FC BO on the server! We do not have the FC installed even on the server, and even running the busobj.exe gives the licensing error when trying to log in!
Now the real question is - do I actually need a FC license to export auditor docs? Also, will be able to view any docs through the auditor web application if I don’t have a FC license?
