Error during import. (DX0005)

Hi,

Our user having the problem when to Retrieve the reports From/Corporate Documents.

When they reterieve the reports from corporate document
its showing error “ResultSet badly initialised (wrong number of columns)” DX0005 error.

Once they click out of that, there is a FRM0001 error “File Could not be found”.

Note:I am able to Publish reports to Corporate Documents. But, then I can not Retrieve the Published Document.

I believe that problem is not in network or TNS files.

I did the below investigation.

  1. Login to my pc with her login credentials , i can able to retrieve the documents
    2)Uninstall BO in her PC and install.

Still we have the problem.

Using 6.5.3 version Bo and Oracle databse(Repository)

Any ideas would be of GREAT help!!!
