Error "CMS query failed. Previous Error: Item 1 was not

Hi All,

While exporting universe we are getting this error Error is: - “CMS query failed. Previous Error: Item 1 was not found in the collection”.

This is a situation on client side. When i tried on server we are fine with exporting universe. This is a issue with only one universe for now.

Needed your assistent to come out from this issue. :hb:

We’re all volunteers here and you’ve only waited 2 months for an answer :wink:

I googled for this error - and only one thing came up on BoB of all places.

This might at least get you set on the right direction - there was mention of connections in that post that may be related to your problem. Hope it helps.

Thanks for update!

As i mention in my earlier post we dont have this issue on server. And we can’t give rights to everyone to create secure connection and access to server box. Developers want to export universe in their System and getting error. This is not for all universe just with few universes.

Any help appreciated!

This issue is resolved by installing CHF15 on client machine.

From the Designer go to File>Parameters

Edit your connection. Next>Next>Next>Finish>Ok

After this we are able to export the universe. Don’t need to install CHF.
