Error 5 when installing ZABO 6.5.4 on Windows 7

If I try to install ZABO on Windows 7 by downloading it from Infoview I get the message ‘Error 5’. I have Administrator rights on the PC in question.

Has anybody experienced this and found a way around it (other than installing to the virtual XP mode, or upgrading to a less antiquated version of BO!)
