Error #2032 Web Service Connection

Hi everyone

i have a problem with my Dashboard…

When i run in preview mode in Xcelsius work fine, but when i export to .swf and open the file this show the following error message (see attachment):

Cannot Access External Data

An error has occurred.

For more information, contact the file creator or your system administrator.

Error: Error #2032

Connection Type: Web Service

anyone can help me with this

Hello Lannce,

AND WELCOME TO B B,

Looks like your trying to look at a swf which has a web service connected, hence the reason why youcan’t see it. Export it to Infoview & you should be able to see it there.

but this dont work to me…

when i try to open the file directly from infoview appear the next error:

To access external data, add a cross-domain policy file to the external data web server.For more information, on the Adobe website, see the article “Cross-domain Policy File Specification”.If the problem persists, contact the file creator or your system administrator.
Error: Error #2170
Connection Type: Web Service

But the Cross-domain file already exist in the Tomcat Root…

The account that is using the Dashboard does not have rights to the database itself. Two levels of security are needed. One for BOBJ, and the other for the database. The database needs to have a trust with the BOBJ server.

Also Fiddler is a good tool for doing analysis on connection error messages.
