Respected BO Gurus,

I have a DeskI Report which Runs fine in the Desktop Intelligence Component and i could save the file in the desired format (excel).

But when i export it to repository and open the report and refresh it still works fine but the only issue is when i try to save it into excel its throwing up a error

No server was available to process your request.Pl try again later.
(Error: RFC 00101)(Error : INF)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do you have Microsoft office installed on the machine in question?

Yes we have the MS Office tools installed.I could save the report in the excel format on my local machine and view the report in excel format.

The issues arises when i exported the report to the Repository and opened in Infoview , refreshed and when i try to save it in excel format from the infoview it threw the error.

Note : The report is a huge report (over 800 pages) and some of the tabs have charts.

Any help is greatly appreciated
