Erro LO 02012

Hi,

I am currently trying to open webi report on xcelcius 2008 using live office. I can succesully do this on on Excel with out any error. But when I open webi reports on xcelcius 2008 i get error LO 02012.

When i run universe query i dont get any eror nor data, but on excel i can get data

Can anyone help.
