Hi,

I try to edit or refresh the reports. But i encounter this error. ERR_WIS_30284. Please advise what should i do in order to solve this issue? We are using business object webi 3.1 version.

I’m getting that error after only few minutes running of the report. How to check how much memory is taking a particular report?

You will have to try the following:

The cause of the error is report retrieving huge data.

-See if you can put some mandatory filters on the report so that you filter out data
-Go to CMC and set the “idle time out” connection setting to 20 from 60
