ERR_WIS_30270 in webi4

Hello All,

In boxi 4.0, in webi 4 while running/refreshing the report i’m getting the below error message. my report has 5 queries…

An internal error occured while calling ‘processDPCommandsEx’ API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) (WIS 30270)

why its throwing this error its bcoz of server updation or need to update any new patch files.
