You are giving us heart attack while we are working on these tools :rotf:

I think the roadmap for SAP does not mention any end to the tools (BO and Crystal) and the way BI works is with information and there should always be a tool to provide that… they might change the name but there would be something for that.

I used Crystal 8.5 about 10 years ago. So apparently, it is not Crystal 2008. Since it is so old, I am sure it is no longer supported. You probably should upgrade your software.

Also, Crystal 8.5 came out when the software was still owned by Seagate - that’s two owners ago. Support for this version expired several years ago.
