End-End Sign on with Kerboros?

Did anyone try to implement end-end sign on using Kerboros?

Yesterday twice i tried to go through the process suggested by BO, but it seems not to be working!!! However i am able to access the db by selecting the single sign on feature without passing any DB Credentials to the DSN.

I also got the same error, even though I followed all the steps suggested by BO in its administartor guide. When I talked to the tech support, they said its a dfficult implemantation and BO doesn’t support any third party tools.

Help on the web is general. So I went back and used the NTLM Authentication and deselected the kerberos, CMC and infoview seem to be working with odbc connections without supplying the credentials, but oledb connections are not working!!!

I’m also getting the same error “An error has occurred propagating the security context between the security server and the client”.

I did actually have it working at one point, but only when you used the browser on the server. The clients still wouldn’t work.

Anyone have any new information on this?

I have the same issue (works on the server, not on remote PC) and have a call logged with the tech support guys. Will let you know how I get on.

If you are using XIR1, i saw somewhere in BOB that the procedure given in the documentation is wrong. There are few additional steps to be done which is mentioned in BOB. try to search for “AD2 Authentication”
