I am trying to enable the HTML client(interactive) and it seems that no matter what I do I cannot enable it in the CMC. I have tried giving my test group full control over InfoView and Webi but I still cannot find the option in the Preferences to change to the HTML client.
What am I missing?

You cant enable InteractiveViewing from the CMC.
You do it from InfoView, that is every user must do it. Preferences/Webintelligence/Select a default view format=Interactive.
From within CMC, you can control what should be allowed to do in Interactive mode. You do that by Application/Webintelligence and modifying the Interactive-rights.
