I have been asked to send emails out to all users that have not logged in for eighty days. So i built a report that brings back the offenders with their email addresses. However I would like to build an event that does this for me based on the data.
The report runs and finds 15 users.
user useremail address
now email all 15 with a generic message. Log in ya bums are you are going to lose access… Maybe not that exact message.

A Publication with Dynamic Recipients should do the trick.
I think the message is fine.

I’ve done this myself. Your report contains names and email addresses. Use the same report for the dynamic recipient list in your publication. put your message in the email and remove the attachment. that should do it I think.
