Emailing of Business Objects Reports

Some of my users have experienced problems sending their reports via Outlook using the “File – Send To – Mail” option. What happens is that when this email is received by the recipient the attachment does not have any data and can not be opened.

Anyone else experience this? It has never happened to me, but I have seen it randomly happen to my users.

It happens with me at times.

Actually what I do is…not open the document directly from the mail.I paste it in the userdocs folder and then open it.
That solves my problem.
