Hi,
Iam using Crystal Reports XI and i want to set up Email notification which send an Email to users when certain condtions are met (eg:Current year Sales greater than last year sales).
Can anyone help me out in explaining how to setup parameters for dynamic emails…

Sounds like you are looking for ‘Alerts’. In CR Designer go to Reports>Alerts> and then create/modify alerts. This will get you started, also the CR help fileis very good and will walk you through how to create and set them up with email notification if you are not familiar.
Start there…repost a mroe specific question if you get stuck.

Alerts can be created but iam not able to setup an automated email to user once the required condition is met.
Can you further guide me how the alerts can be set as emails with a link to the report…

I should have asked if you are using Enterprise as well.
Assuming you are go into the CMC>ReportObject>Schedule>AlertNotification.
From here is set up the email to be notified when an alert condition is met. Of course the report also has to be run/scheduled on a recurring basis.
