I was hoping someone could clear this up for me.
An infoview user on webi 2.7 has her view docs preference set to pdf.
She has a report showing with multiple tabs - the names all listed along the bottom of the page.
She has the toolbar *File showing. This has 4 icons:
1.Save a Copy
2.Print
3.Email
4.Search
She claims that when she clicks on the Email icon, it opens outlook and attaches a pdf document that contains ALL the reports tabs. IE - A single pdf with all report tabs inside stored as separate bookmarks.
We have changed server and when the user clicks Email now, it acts the same way except it only saves the report tab in view on the screen - NOT all the report tabs.
I think that it has never been possible to save multiple tabs in a pdf using infoview and would welcome a response from anyone. I cannot find any settings relating to this anywhere and the user is jumping up and down.
