kindly help me how to do the effort estimation for designing a dashboard using Xcelsius or Dashboard 4.0.Kindly send me any kind of step by step procedure in doing this estimation.

Just a couple of thoughts:
- KPIs already defined?
- stratgegy, objective for dashboard defined?
- visual design already defined?
- data analyzed and gaps identified?
- data access defined?
- deployment, mobile, web, etc. defined?
- performance defined?
- drill-through to detail/transactional data defined?
- resources (what kind of experts, etc.) defined?
