editing webi reports from User's favorites folder

As an administrator, i can see all the user documents under their favorites folder. I was wondering if I can modify webi reports from their folder and save them back in the same folder?

The reports can be modified, but we cannot change the universe of user reports as administrator.

Can you tell us the reason why you need to modify the reports when you are logged in as the administrator?
