Edit SQL right to a user

Hello,

I’m using Business Objects XI R2 and there is a user who belongs to the Administrators group. I see under BusiessObjects Enterprise Applications->Web Intelligence, the Admin group has ‘Java Report Panel:Edit SQL’ right but when I check the right for that particular user, it’s denied.
I see the Admin group is inheriting all rights. So I want to know from where it’s inheriting the rights especially ‘EDIT SQL’ right. Let me know if anyone know this.

Does your user belongs to another groups where you explicitly denied that right ?

If a user is explicitly granted or restricted takes the priority over group peel security
Please check by any chance the user is restricted
