Edit data provider is greyed out in Deski

I need to give a group access to edit queries in Deski.
In CMC- Applications- Desktop Intelligence- the group has ‘Edit queries’ and ‘Data provider manipulation’ rights set to ‘granted’ but when a member of this group logs into Deski and opens a Deski report the ‘edit data provider’ icon is greyed out. Any suggestions please? Thanks :smiley:

Do they have rights to the universes being used?

Hi Steve,

Yes they do have rights to the universe - they have ‘View on Demand’ access which has the right ‘Create and edit queries based on universe’ granted.

Any other ideas?
