DS 3.1 (12.2.2.1) upgrade to DS 4.2

We are planning to upgrade to DS 4.2 so lots of preparation, planning and form filling going on in house. We have installed a single test/development instance with IPS and is the only job server running in a virtual windows environment everything including SQL Anywhere as the database and client tools also installed. We won’t be going for a database upgrade but starting from scratch, exporting ATL then import into DS4.2 and clean it up, believe me over the years all of our repos are very messy. At the moment all we are doing is getting a feel for the differences between the two versions. Noticeable difference is the extra level of security which I have commented on in another post believing to be an extra step too far. Anyway my question is simple, it is to do with user repositories, in current version we assign a user repo to a job server thus all jobs run on that server. Is it possible to configure a job to run on a different job server. For example repo = user1, 20 different projects/jobs. The demand is high so would like to have 50% run on job server 1 and the other on job server 2, but I do not want to split the projects up, 50% of it on repo user1 and the rest on repo user2. Hopefully that makes sense, let me know and I will try to elaborate more.

Update: Figured it out after many hours of reading and researching various documentation. To be able to run a job within a user repo on one or another job servers, we use the Server Manager and configure accordingly. So if I have userrepo1 linked to job server 1, I can amend job server 1 and add another associated repository such as userrepo2. Will make sense when you fire up the client application “Data Services Server Manager”.
