Can someone tell me if this is possible, I have 30 Org Levels, and not all the different departments of the Org have up to 30 levels, is there a way to turn off drill for say a department that is only 7 level deep while still leaving the hierarchy at 30 levels for those that are 30 levels deep

Let me understand the question…

For those hierarchies that has no levels down after 7, you want to limit 7 levels hierarchy drill?

For others default to 30 levels drill by having 30 Objects in the Hierarchy?
