California, because [City] is the dimension below [State]. Instead, you select Drill by from the drill menu and then you navigate through the dimensions on the Products hierarchy by selecting the sub-menus until you reach the [Lines] dimension.

Is it possible to use drill by facility on State itself and see all the line dimensions under all states instead of just california

Yes. One of the options in the list of States should be All States

It isn’t drill by, instead it is drill across. Every time you drill a new listbox is added to the drill toolbar. TYhe first item is each listbox shoulkd the All objectname
