Dr. Watson Error

Hi,

I have installed WebIntelligence 2.5 on my NT Server. After installation though I can log into the WebIntelligence home page and can see my documents on the browser but getting a continuous error message (at an interval of one minute) from Dr.Watson stating “access violation” & error no “87” for “WIClusterManager.exe”. I can’t launch the WebI Administrator also. After login-in it is going to an infinite loop and the status bar shows “Connect : Connecting host: :…” Have anyone come across this type of problem. If so, please suggest the remedy.

I had the same problem. I un-installed it from the NT server, deleted the WEBI folder and reinstalled it.
