Hey guys,
I am trying to download BO from WebI to view reports in the BO format. Once I try to do it, it says error 4. I dont know what it means. I am able to view the reports in all the other formats(PDF,HTML).I dont know what the problem is. Any ideas…

AJ, I’m sorry that I do not have an answer to your question, but please allow me to suggest that you should avoid the word URGENT in subjects. Take a look at this tip about the use of the word URGENT in “Ask Smart BOB Questions”, which says:
I bet that if my subject says URGENT!!, I’ll get more responses.
Your subject line is your main area to get attention. Don’t waste it. Putting text like “Help”, or “Can’t get it to work” or worse yet “Urgent: Require Immediate Assistance” doesn’t go very far towards getting someone interested in reading, much less answering your question.
Your question may seem urgent to you, but it’s not to the rest of us. Leave the word off of your subject and you will likely get more attention. Many people ignore “Urgent” postings as rude and selfish attempts to get special attention.
