Currently when I download Crystal report in Excel, Excel report columns are not the same as Crystal Report. I meant Crystal Report one column is showing multiple cells (A, B, C) in Excel. Example: when I download Sales Revenue report in Excel, “Profit” field is downloaded in Cell A, CellB and Cell C in Excel. Is there any way Crystal report each field download in each celln Excel (no multiple excel cells are merze)
There are few things to keep in mind when designing a report to export nicely in excel like keeping the same height and width for each header labels and detail columns, selecting “Fit Section” so there are no gaps in between sections, etc.
