Does SAP BO Server requires internet?

Just wanted to understand if we require internet in the BO server ? Like can we access the BILaunchpad or CMC if our VM does not have Internet?

By Ip Server, but you required updates internet as needed

Internet access is not required to use LaunchPad or the CMC. Assuming your users are all internal and on your network.
