Does Business Objects 6.1 is still supported by vendor(SAP)

Can any one please Let us know whether the BusinessObjects 6.1 and 5.1.4 versions are still supported by the Vendor (SAP)?

If yes, for how long (by version)?

If not,when did the support end(by version) ?

I have not the precise answer but both of these release are no longer su^pported for a long time.

version 5.x and 6.x are totally outdated, see here: http://www.romanov-memorial.com/bobti/en/art_historique.htm

I would assume support for version 6 ended way before 2010.

You could contact SAP directly.
I am not sure why it really matters unless this is a find a scapegoat game…

The latest version of Oracle supported by e6 was 10gR2.

I found the following information in an old PowerPoint presentation that I created a few years ago. I do not have the original SAP document so take this for what it is worth. This information may have been revised after I put it in a presentation. The versions listed are the last supported version for each platform (v5.1, v6.1, v6.5, XI)

Business Objects 5.1.9 - Released: 24-Dec-04 - Tech Support EOL: 31-Dec-07
Business Objects 6.1b - Released: 15-Apr-04 - Tech Support EOL: 30-Jun-07
Business Objects 6.5.1 - Released: 15-Sep-04 - Tech Support EOL: 30-Jun-08
Business Objects XI - Released 16-Dec-04 - Tech Support EOL: 24-Mar-09

Could you tell in brief whether the Bo 6.1 supports Oracle 11R1 or 11R2
if yes any supporting document.
if not any technical reason.
