Hi,

My Desktop intell… reports are running very slow on the infoview(BOXI-r2) Even it is taking more time to open the static report(With out refresh)

Yes,

DI caches.

you can check on the server

D:\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\Data\xxxxxxxxxx.Desktop_IntelligenceCacheServer

and also you can configure the DI cache server and DI report server through Console(CMC)

optimize your settings then you can see good performance.
