Documents deleted in Web Intelligence still in repository

I log in to Web Intelligence and delete several documents under the “scheduled documents” tab. It tells me that the deltion was successful.

I then go into Supervisor ( 5.1.8 ) and go to the delete documents option and the documents I just deleted still show up in the list indicating that they are still in the repository. I have one user that has hundreds of documents that show up in the delete documents menu, but not when he logs in to Web Intelligence.

Any ideas as to why this is happening? Are there other ways to access WebI documents than through the online interface?

the documents are deleted only logically (a flag is set in the BO repository).

To delete these documents physically (a complete deletion from BO repository) you need to do a compact of the security domain. To do so, go to Supervisor menu Tools → Repository → highlight security domain → click Scan button → click Compact button → Close → Close.
