Is there a standard way in BO to watermark a document? That is, the creator of the document or someone designated to approve it can set some sort of flag that says “This report is valid and approved”, which would be removed if anyone else edited the document?
Honestly, the way we have security set up would prevent this ever being a problem, but my boss is extra cautious.

don’t think it exists watermark functionnalities in BO. You should just check your security to avoid peoples saving for all user or editing or exporting reports. the result will be the same

In Deski you can insert and image and send to back…which might get you some of the way there…in WebI you can have the image but I don’t think you can ‘send to back’. It sounds like something that might be easier to do with a file naming convention.
