Hi,
I am getting “Document partially refreshed” message when i am trying to schedule a webi report.
Please let me know the probable cause of this issue and what parameter needs to be checked.

Universe - Universe Parameter - Control Tab - Limit Size of result set to
Also check if there are limits enforced on Properties tab on the webi query.

Reult set is set to 400000 and time is 20 minutes.
Report also includes 10 prompts.

In webi query properties
Max Rows are set to : 400000
And Max Time set to 1200.
Bothe the check bobes are not checked.
Also i experienced this problem intermittently.
What could be the cause of this message.

Check your universe properties, you need to increase the result set in the universe, not just in Webi. If you run the report manually do you get a partial results message?
I would assume that it is intermittent because sometimes the query hits the result set limit and sometimes it doesn’t.

Any other reason for the behavior as i am trying the same report which gave the message yesterday.
Yesterday it pops the message " Document partially refreshed" and today it did not.
