In a previous message by one of the Listers, it was suggested that all 4.1.5 documents should be exported to the document domain before upgrading from 4.1.5 to 5.0. What is the reason for it? Currently, our users don’t export their documents to the repository. We’re upgrading the repository to 5.0 for WebIntelligence implementation. WebIntelligence requires the documents in the repository. Can users export their documents after the upgrade?

No you don’t need to do that with 2.5.1. Get 2.5.2 and you won’t need to move anything. They have fixed the inbox problem with this service patch. Personnel documents survived for me using 2.5.1.
Our policy is to keep the inbox clear. It was told to us from the start not to depend on that piece of WebI for storing report. If you save them to the personnel documents it gets them backed up with the server. I have used the backup tapes to restore reports that were accidentally deleted by users and it works great!!
