DocAgent Could not "read" the memory."

Please, give some ideas about this

PRODUCT : Doc Agent 4.1.5
RDBMS : DB2/400 4.4
MIDDLEWARE: Client Access 3.1.2
OS Client : WinNT 4.0 Wks, WinNT Server 4 + SP5

PROBLEM

Refreshing documents from Doc Agent, after several seconds, The BUSOBJ.EXE displays this error message

“The instruction in “0x67ce3492” referenced memory at “0xc9d9c1e5”.
Could not “read” the memory.”

MORE INFORMATION

-The repository DB is in DB2/400 v4.4.
-The users can do authentication correctly. -In the same machine, BO refresh the same documents OK. -Using DAS with an Access97 repository, It works OK
refreshing the same documents.
-The message is the same using DAS in machines WinNT 4.0 Wks
or WinNT Server 4 + SP5
-We check the pagefile information on the NT machine…
Actually It has 100Mb (we try until 150Mb !!).

Only thing that jumps out at me is the SP5 - I thought BO only supported service pack 4… if it worked before, maybe delete your BOMAIN files, recreate - maybe reload BO?
