Displays similar counts for several time periods

I have a report requirement which states that I need to show no of Employees in a particular Dept for a LTD(since the dept started to till date), YTD(Begin of year till date) and MTD (for current month)

I hv created 3 diff DPs on report and when I am pulling Dept from LTD query since that is the broader base.
However, my problem arises now, when i try to show no of employees against all departments for resp columns, LTD,YTD and MTD.
These 3 columns show the same count.

can anyone please assist in resolving the query

Have you linked all data providers with some common dimension before using all count objects in single table??
