Display all details objects in the same page.

Hi,

In the detail section of my report i have 20 objects placed spread across 5 lines. The report is working fine, but in the output at the end of page, 12 objects are being displayed in one page and the other 8 objects are displayed in the start of next page.
My aim is to display all the objects in the current page or in the next page, but not to display few in one page and the remaining in other page.

Any ideas plz…

Hi,

You can try the following:

  1. Try to change the page setup. Select a page which has more width.
  2. Change the orientation to Landscape.

Note: Page size available in Page setup depends upon the printer drivers.

Have you tried making sure that the Keep Together option is selected for the Detail section in the Section Expert? I’d check for the overall Detail, but it can’t hurt to check them in all of the parts too, like DetailA, DetailB, etc…

Another option would be to group on a unique field and use Keep Together in the Group options.
