Came across the following issue for an auditing report.
When a webi report is viewed via launchpad (html version of webi), I get view count =2. While when a webi report is viewed via rich client tool, I get view count=1.
Has anyone came across this discrepancy?
Was wondering if anyone has any insight into this and on possible solution?
I am working on BO 4.2 SP4 and Oracle db.

A guess, if you drill down in to the information, the fact it is being opened via a browser may mean more than one event occurs. What makes up the view count - check the sql and try and look at the details of the distinct events (or whatever they are) that are being counted up.
