disable rights for save and print

i want my specific group of users should not do save and print, the file is opening in pdf, how to restrict inside the pdf to do this rights

if i give it in deski or webi it will affect for all the users, i want only to particular group, pls help

hi i have the same problem.

can you say which propertie do you have changed that the users ca’t save the files?

then i can try to find out how can i do this for a group.

create one access level (name it as disable_print_save) in this select included rights—> application—>desktop intelligence

in this select the denied option for print documents and denied option for save desktop intelligence documents

assign this acess level to the folder where you want this user rights

hope your folder is assigned with any of your exisiting groups.
otherwise create a group and users

in folders assign this secutity to the group/user created
then select this access level(disable_print_save)
